Stark & Co., LLC. is owned and led by Tiffany Stark, an accounting professional with more than 17 years of experience across government, nonprofit, and private-sector environments. Throughout her career, Tiffany has worked with complex financial systems, budgets, audits, grants, tax matters, and day-to-day accounting operations. That experience gives Stark & Co. a well-rounded perspective and the ability to look beyond the numbers to understand the bigger picture.

Tiffany began her accounting career with the State of Minnesota, working with the Department of Military Affairs as an accounting technician supporting civil engineering operations at the Air Guard base. She later moved to Camp Ripley, where she worked in purchasing and contracting. Her career with the state continued with the Department of Revenue as a Sales and Use Tax Auditor and later with the Department of Education, where she worked with the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).

After leaving state government, Tiffany spent more than three years as a Fiscal Controller for a nonprofit organization, overseeing the financial operations of an organization managing more than 50 grants and programs at any given time. This experience strengthened her expertise in financial management, compliance, budgeting, reporting, and the unique challenges faced by organizations with complex funding and accounting needs.

After years of gaining experience across a variety of industries and roles, Tiffany decided it was time to build something of her own. Stark & Co., LLC. was created to provide businesses and individuals with personalized, knowledgeable, and dependable accounting support.

Today, Stark & Co. provides bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and business consulting services designed to meet clients where they are. Whether a business needs help getting its books organized, staying on top of payroll, preparing for tax season, or making sense of its financials, Stark & Co. is here to provide practical guidance and support.

Education & Professional Credentials

Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is also an Advanced QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, an Intuit Certified Bookkeeping Professional, and an ASFP. Tiffany is currently continuing her professional education as she works toward becoming an Enrolled Agent.

While accounting is Tiffany’s profession, family is at the heart of who she is. Tiffany is married to Larry, and together they have four children, a daughter-in-law, and a grandson. She understands firsthand that life and business don’t always fit neatly into a schedule—and that flexibility, trust, and having someone in your corner can make all the difference.
